really good cleanliness amazing choices excellent food poor information substandard experience unhelpful staff

I stayed in a Junior Suite Sea View. The cleanliness of the room, the resort, and the facilities were Really good. The food at the main restaurant was excellent and the choices were amazing with something for everyone.

The check-in gave little information about the hotel. Instead, i received a tiny piece of paper with a QR code. The hotel IS tried and is nowhere near 5-star standards. Some staff members really let the place down.
